If you purchased a product that had an associated core charge, the core may be returned for a refund on that charge. All core returns must be returned within the manufacturer's packaging that came with your purchase, and then placed inside of a shipping box. Any core returns missing the manufacturer's packaging will be denied.
To initiate the return, go to Hassle Free Returns, then click on "Submit Core Return"
If you are signed in to your FCP Euro account, a list of applicable cores will populate. If you don't have an FCP Euro account, please print and fill out our traditional returns form by clicking "Return as a Guest"
Once the online or paper form is completed and printed, place it in the shipping box with the core, then mail it back to us with the carrier of your choice! Once the shipment arrives at our facility, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process it. Returns are sent to:
