If you believe there to be a defect in a part bought from us, we have you covered. Apart from our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee, all parts have a 90-day defective period to be replaced or refunded.
We will need documentation from a reputable installer or proof of the parts defect. This can include anything from photos and videos of the defect, to the repair order where the mechanic describes how the part has failed.

Documentation must be presented to our customer support team before the part is returned. Sending back a potentially defective part without providing documentation may delay your ability to process the claim.
