After tracking your return with the return tracking provided by the carrier that you have utilized, you will be notified of your item's delivery date to our dock.
From that delivery date, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
At that point in time, if a refund is issued, please allow another 2-4 business days for the funds to be available to you, depending on the speed of your bank.
For store credit returns, please allow 24 hours for the credit to be visible and usable under your FCP Euro account and/or email address.
