The first step to processing a return is to go to returns.fcpeuro.com or click "Hassle-Free Returns" under the search bar.
Select the type of return - unused parts, a core return, or a Lifetime Replacement Guarantee return.
If you have an FCP Euro account, please make sure you are signed in. If you do not have an account, click "Return as a Guest" and fill out the printable version of our returns form to put inside of the box.
Next, click on your order and select the parts you're returning. Please fill out all fields or the page will not let you continue.
Next, click "Accept and continue". If the button is unable to be clicked, then not all information fields are complete. A return form will be generated and needs to be printed. Please slip the form into the box.
Finally, ship the return to us with the carrier of your choice. Be sure to monitor tracking information to ensure it reaches us successfully. Once we receive a return, please allow 24-48 hours for the return to be processed. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
