We understand that sometimes parts may fail or be defective. If you experience a failure or defect in a part purchased from us within 90 days of the purchase date, we are more than happy to help. However, we do require proper documentation to support the claim of the failed or defective part.
Please note that we do not provide coverage for parts that have failed due to the failure of another part purchased from us.
Once we have received the proper documentation, we will work diligently to process your claim and ensure that you are back on the road as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to resolving any issues you may encounter with our parts.
