When you receive a notification that your order has been shipped but no tracking updates are available, it can be frustrating and concerning. There are a couple of reasons why tracking updates may not be available right away:
1. The shipping carrier has not scanned the package yet, especially if it was recently picked up and not processed at a sorting facility.
2. The notification of shipment may be sent before the tracking information is updated in the carrier's system.
A delay in tracking doesn't mean your order is lost or delayed. Tracking information typically updates once the package is scanned at the next checkpoint in the shipping process.
