✅ To Cancel Your Order
If you have an FCP Euro account:
Go to My Account and try the “Cancel Order” option.
🕒 Tip: There’s a 15 minute window after placing your order where cancellation may still be possible—act quickly!
Once you request a cancellation, you can refresh the Order page to confirm it shows as 'Cancelled'.
If you checked out as a guest:
If you placed your order with guest checkout, you can reset your password here to gain access to your account.
An easy way to verify you have an account is to attempt to register on our site. If the website doesn’t allow you to register for an account, that means you likely already have one under that email, and you can reset your password.
📦 What If It’s Already Shipped?
If the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation isn’t possible.
