Returns are processed the next business day after they arrive at our location in Milford, where we send confirmation emails showing the processed items and the amount refunded/credited. Refunds take 1-3 further business days to post to your account.
If the list of items is incomplete on one email, the additional items might process throughout the business day with their own returns emails. Those usually include the rest of your items per each returned order, so please allow one business day for those to all arrive.
