How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return arrives at our Milford, CT facility, it’s typically processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, you’ll receive a confirmation email listing the items that have been processed along with the refund or credit amount issued.
When will I see my refund?
After your return is processed, refunds usually take an additional 1–3 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
What if not all of my items appear in the confirmation email?
If your confirmation email doesn’t include all of your returned items, don’t worry — the remaining items are likely still being processed. Returns can sometimes complete in separate batches throughout the business day, and you’ll receive additional confirmation emails as each group of items is processed. Please allow up to one full business day for all related emails to arrive.
