In the event an item you ordered is on back order, you will be contacted by our fulfillment team. They will give you an ETA on the item, as well as possible alternatives to that brand if it applies.
If there is no alternative to the backordered part available, the item will be removed from the order, and the cost of the item will be refunded back to your payment method in full.
