What if not all of my items appear in the return confirmation email?
If your confirmation email doesn’t list all the items you returned, there’s no need to worry. This usually means that your return is still being processed, and some items have not yet completed inspection or check-in at our Milford, CT facility.
Because returns are processed in batches throughout the business day, it’s normal for different items from the same order to complete at different times. When this happens, you’ll receive separate confirmation emails as each batch of items is processed.
Please allow up to one full business day for all related confirmation emails to arrive. Each email will include the specific items that were processed, along with the refund or credit amount issued for those items.
If, after one full business day, you still haven’t received confirmation for all the items in your return, please contact our Customer Service team at service@fcpeuro.com. We’ll be happy to review your return and ensure everything is properly received and processed.
