You may return any new and unused part within 90 days from the purchase date.

If the form doesn't work or if you didn't place it online and under your account, then an editable manual return form is attached below for your convenience.
Returning items from orders placed less than 90 days ago is processed as a refund to your original form of payment. We are not able to accept returns older than 90 days. We don't accept installed parts used for diagnostic purposes, one-time repairs (tools, electrical, etc.), or items used to service or repair any vehicles other than yours.
After filing the return, just pack the item in its original manufacturer's box (if applicable) and then inside a larger shipping box with the returns slip included, and send it to us. Returns are processed within 1-2 business days after they arrive, and credits are posted within 1-3 further business days.

Please do NOT ship returns to our Arizona facility. Any return packages mailed or shipped to the Arizona location will not be processed and may significantly delay your return.
