Yes! Returns and oil can only be dropped off at our Milford, CT location at this time. Our AZ location is NOT accepting any returns at this time. If we are closed, please do not leave returns outside. We are not responsible if they get taken/stolen.
Before visiting, please first use our Returns page to create the return in our system.
Please double-bag or fully seal any fluid returns to prevent leaks.
Upon dropping off your parts, our team processes them within the next 1-2 business days. If you're returning unused products for a refund, you'll see the refund on your statement within 1-3 additional business days. If you're returning parts through our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee, your Store Credit posts to your FCP Euro account within one business day after processing.
