There are only a few exclusions to our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. These include products that cannot be recovered or physically returned, such as fuel additives, oil additives (including products like Liqui Moly Cera Tec and MoS2 Anti-Friction), detailing supplies, and other consumable items.
The guarantee also does not cover switching brands or changing to a different product when placing a replacement order. For example, if you originally purchased a Sachs part, the replacement must be for the same Sachs product and cannot be changed to a different brand, such as Bilstein.
Replacement orders must be for the same product originally purchased and covered under the terms of our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee.
